Of course, that’s just a tiny sample of the different foods and recipes included in each of my personalised meal plans. There are a number of tasty options provided for each meal or snack, and the simplicity (or adventurousness!) of the recipes is entirely based on the amount of time you have available, as is the number of meals and snacks.
